I just had to show you what we woke up to this morning:
We don’t typically get snow in May, especially not after Mother’s Day!
We don’t like to see it this late in the Spring as the snow can ruin the blossoms and the branches on trees.
It’s just weird seeing snow on tulips and green grass peeking out from underneath.
Now that I got that off my mind, it’s time to sew!
What’s the weather like where you live?
Don’t mean to brag, but it was perfect weather here in Jacksonville, Florida. It felt like it was in the low 70’s with a nice breeze. Anyway, happy belated Mother’s Day!

Wow, that sounds like awesome weather. Wish I were there. Thanks for the Mother’s Day greeting. I hope you had a nice one too!
I actually put on my bathing suit to water the plants here in South Carolina, then did some sun bathing and took a dip in the pool. The snow you had looks beautiful, but then I love looking at pictures of snow. I liked the snow we got here in SC in Feb….here today, gone today….LOL
Happy belated Mother’s Day
You’ve got your bathing suit on in May? Wow, I’m so envious. I did hear about your snow in Februaury and can’t believe it was melted the same day! You live in a gorgeous state.
Sheesh! Now I realize that I don’t have it so bad here in Salt Lake City. I thought it was cold here but we didn’t have snow last weekend. We did have some hail, but it didn’t stick on the ground.
Hope things warm up for you soon! We expect a 70 degree day tomorrow. Keeping my fingers crossed…
I can’t believe you didn’t get this snow in Salt Lake City! Hail in May? That’s just as weird, isn’t it? It’s supposed to be warm here all weekend, but it looks like we’re in for another big rain. Enjoy that sunshine for me!
